The Jingxiong Intercity Railway is the first high-speed railway in China that crosses the international airport terminal. Daxing Airport Station is a high-speed railway station that is connected to the Jingxiong Intercity Railway (Beijing Section). It is located at B1 floor of Beijing Daxing International Airport terminal. it is the first high-speed train in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region to cross the airport station and the fist in China to seamlessly transfer high-speed rail and the airport. The total passenger area of Daxing Airport Station is about 8,700 square meters. The station is completely underground. The total length of the line is 2011 meters, total construction area 115,000 square meters. It runs through the airport from the north to the south on the second floor. The basement is set to the station floor and the second floor is set as the platform.

Power Integrated Automation System

The power integrated automation system is a SCADA monitoring system with a layered and distributed structure. The system includes station management layer, communication layer, and bay layer. Both the bay level and the station control layer adopt dual-network mode. The power integrated automation system completes the local operation management, and interacts with the SCADA monitoring system of the dispatching power dispatching station of the Beijing Bureau.

The power integrated automation system realizes the control, measurement and alarm functions of transformers, incoming lines, bus couples, feeders, capacitors and other equipments in the substation. The control mode adopts three-level control modes: remote control, centralized control and equipment body control. The three control modes are interlocked to each other for safety control purposes.

The power integrated automation system centrally monitors and controls all the high and low voltage equipments in the box change and substation, and collects the data of each feeder loop in real time. The system visually displays the operation status and network communication status of the substation equipment and the modules of the system through the user screen. The centralized RTU is installed in the substation of Daxing Airport Station, monitoring all loop power: signal acquisition, control, and operation monitoring. It has functions such as telemetry, remote signaling, remote control, fault recording, remote tuning, etc., early warning when abnormal, quickly isolates fault areas during faults, accelerates fault handling speed, reduces personnel operation and patrol accident rate, and ensures safe and reliable power supply of Daxing Airport Station running.

The total length of the Jingxiong Intercity Railway (Beijing section) is 33.97 kilometers, with a design speed of 250 km/h. It takes 28 minutes from Beijing West Railway Station to Daxing International Airport. Smart Meter Reading System

The main station of smart meter reading system is deployed in the dispatching center of the Beijing power supply section. Based on the meter reading function, remote metering, centralized management and comprehensive analysis of the meter in box changes within jurisdiction are carried out. In addition, the data uploaded by devices such as optical fiber temperature measurement, active filtering, arc protection, and ground loop are integrated and analyzed. The system masters metering, temperature measurement, filtering and arc protection information of the whole railway box change, and uses technology of big data analysis to provide railway energy and data diagnosis, help users scientific and efficient management which is significant for the safe operation and information management of railway electrical equipment.

The communication gateway is responsible for collecting and forwarding data information of the terminal equipment, such as meter, distributed RTU, fiber optic temperature measurement system, an active filter device, an arc protection device, etc., and uploads the data to the background system through the fiber channel, thereby realizing centralized automatic meter reading, temperature monitoring and abnormal alarm, harmonic control, arc protection and other functions.
