Sinotruck explored and practiced demand side management actively, also carried out energy storage projects and platform projects scientifically. In 2016, the annual electricity expenditure was reduced by 38.54 million RMB. It has reduced peak load nearly 17,000 KW, and achieved good economic and social benefits.

• Meide Group Co., Ltd.

MEDE Group’s platform has a total of 124 electric energy monitoring points, covering the company's main lines and important electrical equipment. Heyuan guide it to adjust production shifts and production rhythm, shifting peaks and valleys. The unit price of electricity in the first half of this year decreased by 6.02% than the same period last year. The maximum load of the enterprise was reduced by 2000KW. And adding and modifying the reactive power compensation devices made the power factor up to 0.97. After installation of the filter device, the harmonic control effect has been significantly improved and the quality of electricity optimizied.
