Subway Electrical Safety Solution

The subway is one of the most important rail transit projects, which can effectively alleviate the problem of urban traffic congestion, facilitate people's travel, and reduce environmental pollution. However, fires are prone to occur, and many safety hazards will occur during the operation of the subway .


According to statistics from the Fire and Rescue Bureau, China received 233,000 fires in 2019, killing 1,335 people, wounding 837 people, and direct property losses of 3.6 billion yuan. Electrical fires accounted for 34.6%. Of the 67 large fires, 37 were caused by electricity, and of the 4 major fires, 3 were caused by electricity.


Qingdao Metro Line 1 has a total length of 59.97km, all of which are underground. The line starts in Huangdao District, passes through the main urban area of Qingdao, and ends at Dongguozhuang, Chengyang. There are 41 stations on the whole line, all of which are underground stations, of which 12 are transfer stations. The maximum distance between stations is 6758m, which is Donghuan Road Station-Guizhou Road Station; the minimum distance between stations is 698m, which is Guizhou Road Station-Xizhen Station, the average station. With an interval of 1486m, there are 2 depots along the line-Anshun Vehicle Base and Dongguozhuang Depot, 1 parking lot-Wawuzhuang parking lot, and 1 control center-located on the southeast side of the intersection of Changjiang Road and Emeishan Road in Huangdao District .
