Passive Wireless Temperature Sensoring System
2025-04-09

Power equipment such as high-voltage switch cabinets, high-voltage cable connectors, knife-gate switches and other important equipment, in long-term operation, are prone to surface oxidation corrosion, loose fastening bolts, aging electrical connection equipment and other problems, plus many power equipment long-term overload Operation, which causes the temperature of the contact point to rise gradually, which in turn accelerates oxidation and a vicious cycle. Even if there are various safety accidents such as melting, burning, and explosion, the losses can not be recovered. When high-voltage equipment runs due to overload or contact oxidation or poor contact, it often causes the temperature of relevant parts of the high-voltage equipment to rise. Overheating will cause insulation aging or even burn the insulation material, causing short-circuit failure and major economic losses.

At present, the contact temperature monitoring methods of high-voltage cabinets are limited to manual inspection of joints and body temperature, and there is no good online monitoring method for hidden danger locations such as switch cabinet circuit breaker contacts and large number of highly qualified maintenance personnel for equipment management.
