Harbin-Dalian High-speed Railway is located on the central axis of the northeastern region, starting from the coastal city of Dalian in the south, go north through Yingkou, Anshan, Liaoyang, and arrive at Shenyang, the economic and cultural center of the northeast region, and then north through Tieling, Siping, Changchun, directly to Harbin, the northernmost megacity in our country. The line runs through three northeastern provinces, passing through 3 provincial capital cities and 6 prefecture-level cities and districts and counties under their jurisdiction. The main line is 893.089km in length. There are 23 stations in the whole journey. There are many power distribution rooms in railway stations along the way, and the electricity consumption is relatively large and scattered. At present, centralized management of electric energy has not been realized.
