  Mechanical electric energy meter

 The working principle of the mechanical electric energy meter is: when the electric energy meter is connected to the circuit, the magnetic flux generated by   the voltage coil and the current coil passes through the disk. These magnetic fluxes are out of phase in time and space, and eddy currents are induced on   the disk respectively. , Due to the interaction between the magnetic flux and the eddy current, the rotating torque is generated to make the disc rotate. Due   to the braking effect of the magnetic steel, the rotation speed of the disc reaches a uniform motion. Because the magnetic flux is proportional to the voltage   and current in the circuit, the circle Under its action, the disc moves at a speed proportional to the load current. The rotation of the disc is transmitted to the   counter through a worm, and the indication of the counter is the actual electric energy used in the circuit.

 With the development of the electronics industry, electronic energy meters are becoming more and more mature. In order to facilitate human-computer   interaction, realize large-screen multi-data display, etc.

 Its advantage is that it displays data more intuitively and generally has a communication interface.


Multi-function meter

The smart meter is the smart terminal of the smart grid. It is no longer an electric energy meter in the traditional sense.
